Email addresses filled in different fields - would like to be able to send to them

We are working on building out an assessment on our site utilizing a Marketo form. Once the person completes the assessment, we would like to provide them with the capability of sharing the assessment with up to 5 of their colleagues. The idea would be for Marketo to send an email to the 5 colleagues upon submission of the share form, however, these email addresses are filled in separately to 5 individual fields. Can anyone help with next steps on how we can get Marketo to send an email to each of the potential leads?

You can use "Send Alert" to send to the additional addresses, but I recommend you search the Community for "referral form" and move in that direction.

IMO cycling through additional email-like fields on the original lead is not practical, in addition to depriving you of engagement metrics.
