email 2.0: Crop/resize images on the fly

Now that image size can be locked in email templates (summer'16 release), we will surely need to be able to crop images on the fly in the design studio. Otherwise users may come with images with the wrong proportions that will look really bad

The nice tool would be that, when inserting an image in an image element / variable, if the image proportions are different from the element's size, Marketo offers me to create a clone / cropped version of the image and prompts me with a name and location to store it. Marketo would also offer a nice cropping tool to adjust cropping (from any side of the image); but which always would keep the expected proportions of the image.

I should also have the possibility to resize the image to fit the exact size requested by the template.
