Email 2.0: 16:9 video in mktoVideo

When using the mktoVideo element in the email 2.0 email editor, in you insert a 16:9 format video, the element generates ugly black banners as here:

If you change the size in the dialog box, the video is distorted, but the black banners remain:

Any hint?

What is the original link of the video? We get the thumbnails directly from an API call to YouTube/Vimeo. Not much control we have over what they return us.

Yeah, we would have to do something entirely custom to change that. It's what Google returns when you do something like https://img.youtube.com/vi/9CyFqVH81Qc/0.jpg
