Editing Sales Insight on the Salesforce side

I am wondering if the Sales Insight VF page within my SalesForce org is editable? For instance, if I wanted to remove or add a column to the best bets list view, is that possible? I know this is very vague, but I'm still new to Marketo and how it works within SFDC.

Hi Nick,

The visualforce pages are part of a managed appexchange package and are therefore not editable.
