Edit "From Name" Values?

I'm sending an email from person A and have person B as the reply-to. BUT we did this before and person A still got bounce back emails. How can I avoid this person from being inundated with emails? Is there a setting I can change?

Karen,

It depends on how the recipient server is set up. Some will have the replies send to the sender address and some will have it send to the reply to address.
