Edit Email Add-In Seats in Sales Insight

Does anyone know how to edit the email add-in seats in Sales Insight?  One of our users is set up correctly, but the rest have just their email addresses.  How do I get their names in there, too?

Hey Jennifer,

The First and Last name are loaded through the Add-in registration process when the user installs the add-in in their client.  Once they've compelted this process, the name that each user inputs during registration will populate there.
