Dynamics Sync Errors Questions

  1. What is a "key is null" and "skipped" error?
  2. how do you handle this one? would you manually sync the existing record from CRM to Marketo then merge them? 
    a record was not created or updated because a duplicate of the current record already exists.

AFAICT,  this error happens when Marketo can't find a unique identifier (Dynamics GUID) for a record, often due to duplicates or missing field values. You can find the existing records in Dynamics -- and the corresponding synced Marketo record, and then merge the records in Marketo (the one that's syncing with the Dynamics record and the record on which you're seeing this error). Ensure that the record that's syncing in Marketo with Dynamics has the correct Dynamics GUID. Hope this helps, and pls do let us know what you find. 🙂
