Dynamics CRM Sync

I can see multiple entry in the Marketo Error Log. Sync from CRM to Marketo is not working, any help on how to fix this?

Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined.

at System.Uri.CreateThis(String uri, Boolean dontEscape, UriKind uriKind)

at System.Web.Services.Protocols.WebClientProtocol.set_Url(String value)

at MktMktowsApiService..ctor(String url)

at msi.plugin.service.MktoApiServiceWrapper.getService(IServiceProvider serviceProvider)

at msi.plugin.api.BaseApi.Execute(IServiceProvider serviceProvider)
