Dynamic URL based upon fields submitted in a form

I am trying to use a single form that takes an individual to one of 2 subsequent langing pages based upon their answer to a single field on the form. I think this is possible with some developer work, but I havent found a concise guide on how to implement it.  Could anyone point me in the right direction?  Thanks!

    Using form 2.0, you can use a pick list and based on the value selected, redierect to the approprate LP.
    Once you have your pick list and values, go to the Form settings section.

    In the Form 2.0 settings, there is a Thank You section. This is where we do the redirect. Add choice and select the field and value and paste the URL you want the user to be directed to.
