Dynamic Subscription Management

I'm working on re-creating our subscription management page and was wondering if anyone has ever created a dynamic subscription management page before?  Is it possible to set it up a page where customers view a different page than leads when trying to opt out?

You'll want to create a custom segment for customers, then set up dynamic content on the page.
