Dynamic Linkbuilding with Tokens?

Is it possible to include tokens within links? For example, in order to enact 1-click event registration within Salesforce, I'd need to pass either their lead ID/contact ID as a parameter within the link to the event registration page itself, e.g. www.fakeevent.com/?{{lead.ID}}
