Dynamic Email Links

Hello all, I am working on a Smart Campaign that is triggers an email by a certain amount of web visits in a period of time. The problem I am having is that we have upcoming events firing off in the email but would like those events to change as the date passes. Is there a way to make it dynamically show the next three events based on when the email was sent or viewed?
