Dynamic Email Footers

I am wondering if it is possible to create dynamic email footers. I would like to be able to include different information in the footers going to our current customers vs prospects. I have used segments to differentiate between these groups but I am not sure how to include different unsubscribe email footers for each segment.

It's sure possible. Switch to using the {{system.unsubscribeLink}} token instead of the one-size-fits-all Unsubscribe HTML setting. Then wrap it in whatever you want. There are some other threads on this if you search.
