Do you know if you can use dynamic content when using an sms provider integrated with Marketo.

In terms of automatically segmented tokens, for example? No.

In a flow you can of course switch among webhooks based on segments, but the pairing of segment and webhook needs to be managed by you.

The alternative is to use an intermediate webhook and pass it the segment info, then it chooses/assembles the SMS content before passing it to the SMS provider.
