Dynamic Content Segmentation Limit

Hi everyone,

I am trying to set up a segmentation for a dynamic campaign that we're launching.

Currently, I have 61 segments and when I try to approve it.

It's giving me this error message below.

I've created a segmentation list in February with 100 segments and that was the max. So, I am not really sure why it's giving me this system error.

Does anyone know if this was an update made by marketo? Is this the limit now? If it is, then it should have stopped me from making more segmentation at 20.

You've hit your limit for Segmentations.  Segments are the different buckets that make up a segmentation and their limit is 100.  This must be your 21st Segmentation you're trying to approve.

Thanks for your feedback!

I've tried to approve it several times and it would process then say failed (see below). Do you have any idea as to why it would fail?

Usually it's because one of the Smart Lists in a Segment has an error.  Otherwise you'd have to open a Support ticket to get more insight.
