Dynamic Chat Reporting with Goals and Engagement

I need to do some deep dive reporting on Dynamic Chat.
The packaged reports give me the top 5 pages - I need all of the pages where people engaged with Chat.
And then beyond that I need to know what goal were reach and if they engaged with a live agent/book a meeting.
Is there any way of doing this?

Look at exporting the Dynamic Chat activities from Marketo (there are quite a few) using the Bulk Export API, alongside the the standard Munchkin activities. This allows some really deep journey mapping.

The standard Adobe Marketo Engage Dynamic Chat reports are useful for high-level insights, but they have limitations such as only displaying the top pages by engagement. If you need a complete view of chat performance across all pages, goal completions, live agent interactions, or meeting bookings, you'll need a more advanced reporting approach.

At Miinfotech, we typically recommend integrating Dynamic Chat with Adobe Marketo Engage, CRM (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics), and Adobe Analytics/GA4 to build custom dashboards that capture:

    • Chat engagement across all website pages
    • Goal completion by conversation or chatbot
    • Live agent handoffs
    • Meeting bookings and conversion rates
    • Campaign and revenue attribution

This provides a comprehensive view of chatbot performance beyond the packaged reports, enabling marketing and sales teams to measure true business impact.
