Dynamic Chat reporting by goal & dialogue

We started using Dynamic Chat and are finding some gaps in the reporting that we would love to have. Currently, the default just shows everyone that reached any goal within a dialogue. The issue is that 1 dialogue may have multiple different goals and not all are as  important as others (i.e. we have an MQL goal vs someone who is subscribing to receive content). We want to be able to see in the reports the conversations by goal to show over time how many people hit each different goal.

What I’m also noticing is that the global reports are pretty good, but you cannot segment them at all by dialogue on that screen and it’s causing me to go into each dialogue to see it’s performance. I’d love a filter at the top for the different dialogues so you have it in 1 place and can view all the reports. I’d also like to have the ability to compare across different dialogues easier. For instance, we have so many people that engaged across all of our dialogues over time, but I’d like to see that 10 were from dialogue 1, 15 from dialogue 2 and none from dialogue 3 so we can gauge how well different initiatives are doing.
