Duplicate records created by BrightTALK and SFDC
I inherited my Marketo instance with a lot of duplicate records (over 60k). I've reduced them to a few shy of 15k. It seems to me that part of the current problem (not necessarily the source of the duplicates originally) is that SFDC and BrightTALK are creating duplicate records (same email address) as accounts already in Marketo. I've also created a trigger notification to let me know when a duplicate record is created and so far SFDC and BrightTALK seem to be to blame.
Is there a way to create a listening campaign to prevent this? !
