Duplicate emails in smart campaigns based on behavior

Hi !

I created 27 smart campaigns containing 9 emails based on leads behavior (email opened, clicked, not opened, unsubscribed ).
How can I be sure that leads will not receive the same content twice as some of my contents are used in multiple smart campaigns depending on lead's behavior ?

Thanks,

Best regards,

Irene

Are the campaigns going at similar days and time or following a time line?

The latter is simple to control. One option is defining smart lists based on opened and then, in the campaign, set Member of Smart List Not In.

It can be more elaborate, setting in the campaign's smat list directly, such as Member of  Campaign and Opened Email (and/or other options).

Hi Breno,

The smart campaigns are following a time line.
"One option is defining smart lists based on opened and then, in the campaign, set Member of Smart List Not In ... Do you mean Member of Smart List Not In"Opened email ... " to set up lead who have already opened this mail ?

Thanks,

Irene
