Duplicate Community Account

How is it possible that I have 2 community accounts if I only have 1 Marketo Account?
I have a full profile with University Learnings, here.    https://community.marketo.com/MarketoCommunityProfile?id=00550000004INX5AAO

But this post and my support tickets are coming from this profile account.

Someone advise now how I can get back to 1 single full account.

Do you have a sandbox account?  This is considered another account when accessing the community.

Consultants will often have multiple accounts as will sandbox users.
 

Just use one, meaning login to the Community with the one you want to use.. If you need to move them, email community@marketo.com

The key here is to make sure you're logged into your production account before clicking on the Community tab at the top (or like Josh said, just login with your production account when accessing the Community directly).
