download to excel limits

I am trying to download 400K lines of data from the results tab of an email send campaignin a  nurture. However, when the download is completed, I am only receiving 20K results. Does anyone know if there is a limit on how many lines you can download to Excel from Marketo, and/or if there is any way around it?
