Domain Throttling/550 Blocked/Limit emails to companies

Hi - I'm trying to figure out how to limit/manage the number of emails we send to companies. For instance, we may have 50 employees listed for one company, and I want to spread out the message or limit the number of emails sent to their doman to avoid the 550 Blocked bounce (which sets them to Marketing Suspended). Does Marketo have domain throttling or any ability to help us control the distribution of our broadcast messages (newsletters, webinar invites, etc.)?

This would make a great idea for a product enhancement.  IIRC Marketo does have some throttling of large domains like hotmail, but not for the long tail of corporate domains.
