Does the Email Activity Heat Grid Report adjust for Daylight Savings Time?

The various email activity heat grid reports are based on the time in CST.  So for example, if someone clicks the link at 9:00 AM EST, the heat grid report would show the click at 8:00 AM CST.  But what if they click a link at 9:00 AM EDT (Daylight Saving Time)?  Is the click shown at 8:00 AM (CDT) or at 7:00 AM (CST) in the heat grid?  And what happens when the report date range includes clicks that occured in both Standard and Daylight Time?

It's clear they did not think too much into international time zones.
The amout of times I've had to defend this type of report to US, Europe and APAC marketers... :-(
