Does Marketo track link used in an email script token?

So we have used an email script token for a CTA  button  and called it in the email but when we are trying to track the link by using the filter clicked link in email in a smart list, it is not showing the link that we used in email script token, is there any solution?

Hi Sarin,

We ran into this issue a8 months back. Based on my interactions with Marketo support at that time, the links created as a part of email script token do not get tracked. Is there a way for you to get that CTA outside of the email script token i.e. as a part of the email itself?

    Thanks for the reply, The issue is if we add the CTA button code in the Email HTML or any other type of token Marketo editor modifies the code a it has some Outlook specific codes so that it renders correctly in outlook.
