Does Marketo offer liquid logic for personalization in emails?

I'd like to do personlized salutation in emails based on contact data.

For example:

"Hi FirstName,"

if name is not available, fallback is:

"Hi there,"

Is this possible in Marketo? If so, where can I find it?
