Not exactly - but you could easily mimic blog functionality leveraging templates and the Marketo landing pages - then you can easily manage subscriptions, sharing, etc.
While not something typical like WordPress, it is quite capable. Probably worth doing a needs assessment on features/functions, how often you intend to post and who will be doing the work, etc. then make a call from there.
