Does Marketo has email Opt-in like Unsubscribe?

Marketo has Unsubscribe/Opt out option and related fields in built, but it there any easy way to record opt-in information? such as:

Opt-in from email:
Opt-in timestamp:

etc.

Hi Syed -

You can create two custom fields to achieve this.

I would reccomend you create the fields in SFDC first, and let those fields sync over to Marketo.

Opt-in would be a checkbox, with the default value left unchecked.

Opt-in would be a date field. You would change data value based on a trigger of data value changes for Opt-in, new value = True.

I was wondering if there is any automated/pre-built system in Marketo!

No there is no prebuilt system like this. Similarly, for a double opt in, you would have to use a flow that would listen for the click and then opt the person in.
