Does market all animated gifs on landing pages?
looking to see if an animated gif can be produced by our agency to use on a langing page.

Yes, you should be able to use an animated GIF on a landing page. In an email, you'd be limited to only the first frame displaying in Outlook 2007/2010/2013, but you should be fine on a landing page. Well, as long as it's not a spinning email animation, that is ;)
