Does "Data Value Changes" include fields that were filled out upon creation?

If I create a lead with a specific field filled out, will this be captured by a Trigger campaign based on "Data Value Changes"?

Unfortunately, I can't test this myself (having separate issues with my Salesforce / Marketo sync) – any comments would be welcome!

Hey Carolyn, no this won't be a data value change -- the record is created with these values. You can use a data value change trigger + a lead is created trigger (possibly with a constraint of form name) and a filter with your field that you're looking for the "change" of to capture everyone where this happens. If you can clarify exactly what you're looking to do, we can outline the best way to go about this.
