Does Communication Limit include operational emails?

Hey all,
just wondering if operational emails are included in the weekly / daily Communication Limit.
Say, our limit is 1 email per day. If I receive an operational email today, will it block regular emails from being sent to me on the same day?

Hi Elena, 

Operational emails are excluded from the communication limit. So you will still receive 1 regular email even if you have already received any number of operational emails.

You can choose to block the operational emails when scheduling.

"By default non-operational emails will be blocked if communication limits are reached, but if you want to bypass them, uncheck and click SAVE."

Hi Elena, 

Operational emails are excluded from the communication limit. So you will still receive 1 regular email even if you have already received any number of operational emails.
