Question
Does anyone use the "Email Link Performance Report" Marketo Provides?
We ran an A/B test on a newsletter format with quite a few URLs. When we look at our standard metrics results in our "Email Performance Report" version "A" is the winner. However, when we use the "Link Report for this same campaign not only does version "B" beat "A" in most every case, but the total number of both links /leads is higher in B vs A.
How can B have a greater number of total clicks/leads than A, if A has more clicks in our standard email performance reports? Even if the numbers don't match, they should still have the highest proportion in the same version for both reports. Can anyone explain why this would not be true?
Email Performance Report
Email/Delivered/Opened/Clicked/Unsubscribed
Test A /53934 /4147 /153 /74
Test B /53876 /3933 /136 /69
Email Link Performance

Test A /222 /239
Test B /313 /437
Thanks!
