Does anyone know if there is a Marketo plugin that would work with Apple Mail?

I don’t use Gmail or Outlook. Will the Gmail's Marketo Sales Insight plugin work with Apple mail? Maybe the fact that it eventually routes everything through the gmail server means it might work with gmail. Please let me know.
