Does anyone know how to get an email to be sent to a sales member when one of their leads performs a certain task? Opens an email, goes to the website, etc?

Our sales team has requested to receive push notifications whenever someone performs a certain task, Whether this is visiting our web page, downloading a white paper, unsubscribing from one of our campaigns, etc. Does anyone know if Marketo can do this?

you can use the related trigger to create a smart campaign and a "send alert" flow step. An you can use campaign tokens to provide contextual to your sales See Tokens for Interesting Moments - Marketo Docs - Product Documentation

Once you have your trigger established, another flow option in your campaign (depending on your need) is to Create a Task (in Salesforce) and assign to Sales Owner. You can set this up to send an email with a link to the task if you wish, by setting 'Notify' to true:
