Does anyone have the premier level of SFDC with sales insight installed?

We have premier and were told we could nt get sales insight and now that we had interesting moments set up some activities are not syncing and nothing else will sync past this point.  please advise what your experiences have been.

Premier? I haven't heard of that. Can you describe more about what you were told and what you tried?

Screenshots?

Interesting Moments will sync because they reside on Marketo and SFDC can only view that data.

Hi Jaclyn, I don't think 'Premier' is an actual edition of Salesforce.  The ones I know of are:

Performance
Unlimited (legacy)
Enterprise
Professional
Group
Contact Manager

I suspect you may have Professional Edition (or below) as anything below Enterprise starts to have limited access to APIs and 3rd party application integration.  If you do have Professional Edition, you might want to talk to your SFDC account exec about tacking on API/AppExchange support to your subscription.
