Does anyone have experience with the Vibes/Marketo Integration?

Our IT team set up the integration, and we launched our acquisition within the Vibes platform. We are not seeing any information in Marketo from Vibes, anyone have any experience with the integration process that can shed some tips?

Also, how did you match up the vibes phone numbers with leads in the Marketo database?

Integrated with Marketo directly or another system?

Did you ask their support team or check the docs?

Integrated with Marketo directly. We have a support ticket open with Marketo and Vibes, but so far neither has responded.

Katie - did you ever get this resolved? Its 4 years later and i am having the same issues.
