Do tokens work in RTP campaigns?

If I add tokens to RTP campaigns, will they work? For example I'd like to create a campaign that says:

Welcome back [first name] [last name],
Here's a new webinar...

I have created a segment where first name and last name fields are not blank, but I don't know if this works in campaigns or not?

Hi Paul,

We currently do not support using tokens in RTP campaigns, but it does sound like a great use case.

I'd recommend you to submit it as an idea here and I will make sure this request gets to our product team.

Thanks,

Yanir.

Yanir, Is this still the case where RTP doesn't support Tokens?

Unfortunately yes. You still cannot use tokens in RTP except for the company name.

You can use the token ${companyName} in the RTP campaign editor, which will display the visitor's organization name based on his/her IP.

@David Myers, can you please advise if this is somewhere in the roadmap?

You can now insert tokens into Web Campaigns! We currently Support Lead and Company tokens,
