Hi Folks,

We are in the process of registering with the Do Not Call registry in North America.

Have any of you registered and downloaded the DNC database? Where did you store the database and scrub against it and how often? 

Do you do this in Marketo vs. SFDC?

We store the federal list in a constant database, which is the appropriate db type for this kind of data.  (Note you ain't downloading it right now​!)

Clients typically do a batch scrub at end of month, and also a trigger scrub as Phone fields are populated/changed.

The triggers run via webhook; batches can run via Marketo webhook but are much faster if done offline.

Do you do this in Marketo vs. SFDC?

Marketo, including direct webhook access and export/import.
