Do jump links in emails get tracked by Marketo?

If so, do they register as a click?

If not, is it possible to add Marketo tracking to jump links?

For reference, the jump link code I'm using is set up like this:

Tag for section to jump to:

Good question. I believe for Marketo to track a link click it has to take them somewhere other than the email that you are currently in. If you look at the links that are in your emails, they are a unique code that redirects to the ultimate page. That redirect is what captures the clicking of a link (I think).

Let me know the result of this as I'm curious.
