Do I need API from Salesforce to get Sales Insight in Marketo?

I am the owner of Pressional edition of Salesforce, and my marketo edition is Standard, and I can't see my Sales Insight logo/tab/field in Marketo.

Do I need API from Salesforce to get Sales Insight in Marketo?

This one is an earlier discussion, but it seems no one could answear it.

Follow the Sales Insight instructions for SFDC. It is just an SFDC App.

it does use the API, which you should already have to use Marketo.

Hi Josh,

I have tried to go trough each step for the Sales Insight instuctions until this see picture # 1, likewise Marketo Management is also installed perfectly, but I can't see the tab/field "Sales Insight" in Admin >

ok, that is a different issue. You have not purchased Sales Insight in your  MLM package, thus you cannot integrate MSI at all. This has nothing to do with SFDC.

Just be clear, when you say that I havn't purchased Sales Insight i  my MLM, what do you mean with that?

If you do not have Sales Insight showing in Admin, it means you do not have it available in Marketo (Lead Management), which means you did not purchase it. Please call your account rep to add it.

But I can see Sales Insight in my Salesforce, but it as nothing to do with my Marketo account/edition?

Hi Josh, 

I have just talked to my Account rep. and we have 10 sales insight with each instance of marketo.

So I can figure out why we can't see the tab/field
