Do forms appear differently on different templates?

I have a form I've used for different landing pages before but it looks huge on this new template that I'm using. I've adjusted the extra space field but that doesn't seem to make any difference. Any suggestions?

Do you have any CSS on the other template that could be affecting the form? Can you post links?

I'm wondering if it is the CSS since the templates are so different. I don't know if we created the older one but I know that Marketo created the new one (first link) for us.
