Do click rates include unsubscribes?

This sounds like a simple question, but I couldn't find a sure answer in the community.

To get an accurate read on positive/interested clicks in my email reports, do I need to subtract the unsubscribes and do my own math? Or are the click rates and click-to-open rates already taking unsubscribes out of the equation?

Click rates do not include the unsubscribe link.

If you send yourself a test email and hover offer the unsub link, you will see that the link is missing Marketo tracking code.
