Discrepency between member counts

Hi,

I just uploaded a list to a program and am noticing a discrepency in three counts of the number of people in the program.

What accounts for this discrepency? Which is most accurate? I'm worry that not all members on my list will recieve my email.

Excel is showing you the line #71, which means you have 70 people (minus the first column).

The list is showing you that maybe 1 person was deduped=69.

The Campaign may have excluded 3 people for being dupes or being blocked for that email. Remember to watch the counts on the Schedule page to understand this number.

Did you make sure you had no duplicates in your original spreadsheet? And did you try refreshing both the members tab and the program summary tab?
