Discrepancy in Program Performance Report numbers

I created a Program performance report for all the events tracking and noticed that the numbers under "Total Members" column do not match the actual members of the program.As in the report shows 45 number under Total Members column for a program named "XYZ" in the Program performance report but the total members of the program "XYZ" are 75.

I have gone through few threads where similar problem has been reported but have not been able to get to exact solution. Has anyone come through the same issue and has been able to solve it. Please share your inputs/thoughts.

Please check you do not have a filter set in the member tab.

Thanks Gregoire!

I think my question caused some confusion so I have made the edits. The Total Members are coming incorrect in the Program Performance Report and not matching with the individual programs.

Hope the edited question explains the issue now

Issues:

  • Refresh the report
  • Did you delete records?
  • Did you constrain the PP report?
