Discrepancy between Registered Lists and No-Show Lists

On a webinar we're doing, there are 29 people registered, 5 who attended, and 28 no-shows.  Ideally, the number of no-shows and attendees should equal the number of registrants, but in this case there are people on the no-show list that aren't even on the registrants list.  What could account for this discrepancy?

Did you check their logs to see if they Registered?

Could be people who attended, but never registered. Depends which webinar system you used. Could also be due to someone setting or adding people as Attended?
