Discrepancies in Registration & Attendee lists

Hi there,

We recently installed the Marketo GTW adapter for our events. The hookup was seamless and everything appears to have worked correctly, as far as the data pushing back and forth from Marketo and GTW.

However, while pulling the registration and attendee lists after the event concluded, we noticed that a few email addresses/names appeared in the attendee list but not in the registration list. How is that possible?

Hi guys,

Never mind - we solved this. It appears these users found the GTW landing page and registered there instead of our Marketo landing page. Which is why they appeared on the attendee list pushed back from GTW to Marketo, but not the Marketo registration list.

Someone who registerd could have shared the webinar link with a colleague/friend who didn't fill out your registration form I guess?

I doubt that. Our webinar links are unique per registrant. Any other theories?

Hi guys,

Hi Mariah, were there any people stuck in "registration error" status in Marketo? Or is there any way that someone could have manually registered them in GTW?
