Disconnect Salesforce Sandbox Sync in Marketo Sandbox and Connect to a Different Sandbox?

Hello Everyone,

We currently have a Marketo Sandbox synced with a Salesforce Sandbox (lower environment) and are looking to disconnect that so that we can connect that same Marketo Sandbox instance to a different Salesforce Sandbox instance (higher environment). Does anyone have experience in this? Is this easily done and what are the steps involved?

Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment. Marketo only supports 1:1 and once connected it cannot be reconnected to another Native CRM.

Scroll down a little bit to #3.  You will see Marketo does not support this type of request.
