Disappearing Fragments! I have fragments disappear from emails after updating

I have had issues saving and updating a fragment only to have it completely disappear from the email. Now whenever I try to add it it just returns a blank. I can still view and edit the fragment but I am getting nothing in the email.

 

This is another glitch in the editor that needs to be fixed.

And concerning why my margins are not saving: I got this error

Hey ​@thatdigitalstrategist - It seems like a glitch/bug. Have you tried adding that fragment to another different email template? Or I’d suggest you creating a diff fragment / copy of that fragment and try adding that new fragment to your existing template.

Hi ​@thatdigitalstrategist, please check

  1. By adding same fragment in another email
    If you are able to add then there are chances of an issues in email structure. Please create another email and add sections one by one to troubleshoot.
  2. Another fragment in same email
    If this works then please check the structure of fragment

If you still face issue after trying these methods then you have to raise suppor ticket for the same.

Got the same issue. My fragment is usable in one email I created a few weesks ago but it won’t load in my new email.
