Disable tracking from landing pages.

My company's website has a webpage with an archive of all our promotional newsletter emails archived as individual landing pages. We started to use MKTO landing pages to host the archived email. We want to disable the mkto tracking on the pages that are hosted on our website so that  the SEO google crawl value in not affected.

Is there a way to disable tracking from landing pages?

It sounds like you're mixing together different concepts. Whether Marketo's internal analytics (Munchkin) is running doesn't affect search engine crawling. What is it exactly that you want to turn off?

I want to ensure search engine crawling is not affected on our website from linking to the marketo LP.

OK, then this has nothing to do with Marketo (Munchkin) tracking.

What you want is

     <meta name="robots" content="none">

in the <head> of the Marketo LPs you're using as archives.
