Direct method for following on social

Does anyone know of a way to have a one click experience to follow a company on their social platforms.  Obviously, I can have a social button on a landing page that referes to our pages, but is there a way to have that click automatically result in a follow?

Social platforms usualy generate a code for this purpose, which you can embed in your website and give the "follow" experience on the website itself. Here's how LinkedIn and Facebook generates the same.

I tried it and thyey all seemed to work.  With the exception of linkedin on IE.
