Different ways to Opt-in for communications

what would be the different ways we can give to leads/prospects for opt-in? we have different ways to communicate with our prospects, like emails, news letters, blogs etc and we would like to give option to our leads/prospects to give their preference how they would like us to communicate with them.

we do not want to create a landing page where we list down the options like a menu and people can choose.

Any Suggestions?
